1. Data Collection. OnlyBoards App (developed by Estonian company VRtikal OÜ) collects the following information to provide its core services:

   • Precise Location Data: We collect precise location data to enable session tracking, speed monitoring, and run analysis.

   • Background Collection: This location data is collected even when the app is closed or not in use to allow for hands-free tracking while your device is stored in a pocket or backpack during a session.

   • Account Information: We collect your email address for authentication and to sync your ride history across devices via Firebase.

   • Sensor Data: We use your device's accelerometer and gyroscope to detect jumps and calculate air-time and rotations.

   • Photos and Media (Optional): The app may request access to your photo library if you choose to attach photos to your ride sessions for sharing with the community. These photos are only uploaded when explicitly selected by the user.

   • Audio Recording (Optional, future development): The app may request access to microphone to analyze ambient sound frequencies if you choose to detect sliding on a rail or box. Audio data is processed locally or used only for feature detection; we do not record or store private conversations. 

2. ​Data Usage. The collected data is used exclusively to:

   • ​Calculate performance metrics (speed, vertical drop, jump distance and other metrics).

   • Display your ride paths on a map.

   • Provide an Optional "Live" feature for other authorized users (Friends) to see your location.

3. ​Data Sharing and Security

   • ​We do not sell your data to third parties.

   • All data is encrypted in transit and stored securely using Google Firebase.

4. ​User Control

   • Users can delete their account and all associated ride data at any time through the in-app settings or by contacting the developer.
